Rules of the Game:
- There is no charge for this game, however you must participate via the form below
- Enter your details on the form below, including your choice of 6 numbers
- The numbers will be yours to play with for as long as the game is running, you will not be able to change your numbers, only one set of numbers per person is allowed
- Each week there will be a drawing of 6 numbers, they will be advertised through various social networks and of course on the blog. The numbers will be good for that week only. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of the final number for that week being drawn
- It is your responsibility to check the numbers each week. Unless I have had some contact from you to say that your numbers have been drawn, no prize will be awarded. I can be contacted through pm's on social sites or via contact form on the blog
- After notification I will check my records for verification (all names, emails and numbers will be held by me on a database for no other purpose than verification)
- Numbers will be drawn via a random number generator
- There will be no rollover of prizes
- Numbers will be displayed continually, with a summary posted each month of that months numbers
- Prize breakdown is as follows:
- 3 numbers = A gift cert for 10% off from my store
- 4 numbers = A gift cert for 20% off from my store
- 5 numbers = A gift cert for 50% off from my store
- 6 numbers = The star prize to be determined each week (Will be one item from my store with minimum value of $10)
